A Story of Twin Sisters

Nightmare: An organization of evil that assaults girls, and turns them into seeding beds for monsters.
At this rate, the world will fall into ruin.

But then!!

A pair of genius magical girl sisters "Twin Stars" rose to combat them!

Along with Poko, the fairy of the Dream Kingdom, the two starting beating back the monsters!

However...

Reina awoke in a mysterious place.
She has no memories of what happened before her slumber...
And deeper within the area, she can hear the t*rtured screams of Mina.

Where are they?
Reina must advance forward to save her sister, but...
What she found was an unbelievable spectacle!

This is a simple and fluid action game where you control a strong magical girl,
and must endure the ero attacks and ryona assaults of monsters.

The game includes depictions of incontinency, wetting, and defecation.
