Noma is such a sleazebag infamous for his rotten personality.
He crawls into his shell deeply and deeply without any interactions with others.
On the other hand, the "Association of Life Rehabilitation", recently established
on the purpose of salvation of such people, struggles to work on its business.

Despite its slogan "rehabilitating any types of people", the group has not yet
made a successful result that they rescued seriously lazy guy like Noma.

For the sake of the slogan, the executive officers of the group finally make
a collaborative relationship with the fairies. With fairies' special ability
to "give any ability of one's choice", A fairy rehabilitator comes to Nona...

Noma
A human who is at the bottom of the social pyramid, infamous around his village.
Totally lack of the moral as a human as he doesn't work and socialize with others.
When it comes to criminal things, however, he owns genius talent that makes him
live on money he earns in light crimes, fraud and so forth. Because he looks down
all of other people, he plans to ab*se the ability of Rean, who is sent for his rehabilitation.

He happens to come up with a plan while reading a book titled
"Hypn*sis for Beginners", and he is given the power of hypn*sis by Rean.


Rean
One in the fairy tribe selected as a rehabilitator. Because of her younger age,
her ability to detect human's vicious mind is not enough to find Noma's inhumane plan.
Despite her hard work on business, she will be entwined by Noma's malice.

The protagonist completely disregards the heroine's sympathetic acts to rehabilitate him.
He gradually gets her mind degraded by hypn*sis, making her into a sl*ve.
