It's short for "Koukyuu-eigo Kokufuku Cafe" (lit., "High quality english conquest cafe").
Kokoca was founded to further the interests of readers and listeners
from junior high to age 90 who feel that being accustomed with languages is
essential, and would like to be more accustomed with English (*).
(*) In the case of DLsite English, these books are a great study tool for learning Japanese!
We collect and translate word-for-word ("choyaku") great literary works in audiobook form.
This audiobook is "The Man of the Crowd" by Edgar Allan Poe.
