In the ruined village of Onestiate, the villagers are struggling when the corrupt mayor turns their life into hell and flees from the village. Out of all the villagers in the area, there are two standout villagers with different views about Onestitate. A carpenter named Jack, who sees a brighter future in a repaired village. And a blacksmith named Tom, who has a more grim view of the village.
But when rumours of a nobleman coming to the village and a suppose've water spirit in the forest, most of the villagers believed in the nobleman coming over the water spirit.
