Suffocation Swim Club

This is a story about breath-holding training in the swim club.

Lisa is given detention by senpai to teach her how to hold her breath.
However, it is a breath-holding instruction where both hands are bound with duct tape and her nose and mouth are covered.

As a punishment for complaining about her limitations without permission from senpai, she is forced to do the breath-holding training without breathing.
Instead of Lisa wanting to breathe, senpai takes a deep breath right in front of her.
Even though Lisa screams in pain, she is not allowed to breathe.

Next, her legs are bound with duct tape and she is forced to hold her breath, struggling to breathe.
And just when she thought she was finally free from suffocation, she was forced to hold her breath underwater.

She is submerged in the water using the pool's railings and ropes.
Again, it is difficult to get them to come to the surface.

This time, she is told that it is a recreating of an old t*rture, and she is submerged in a chair with restraints.

This manga is mainly about suffocation and water t*rture, including elements of DID.
