ランチの時間がやってきた。皆が外へと向かう!
チビウサ、ホタル、イクコはウサギドール、ミナコドール、マコドールとナイスなレストランで食事をしているが、シンゴとアミドールはファストフードレストランで食事をする事に決めた。
しかしこのメンバーのランチが大変な事になってしまう・・・
シンゴとアミドールに予期せぬゲストが現れる。マコドールは巨人の体重で窒息する前にイクコのパンティー牢獄から逃げ出さなければならない。
そしてマコドールとアミドールは汚い場所で予期せぬエンディングを迎える・・・

It's lunch time, and everyone is heading out! While Chibi-Usa, Hotaru, and Ikuko dine at the fancy restaurant with Usagi-doll, Minako-doll, and Mako-doll; Shingo and Ami-doll decide to go out to a fast food restaurant.
But their time at the restaurants don't always go well.
Shingo and Ami-doll have an unexpected visitor, and Mako-doll needs to get out of Ikuko's panty prison before she suffocates under the weight of the giant's rear, sitting down.
What ends up next will have Mako-doll and Ami-doll fall into unexpected and unsanitary territories, by accident.
