21XX年、世界は第三次世界大戦からまだ復興していない。

戦争は終わったものの、陸地と海洋の汚染により、世界の作物、家畜、魚介類の90%が絶滅し、人類はタンパク質源を失いました。

最後に、人乳は安全で吸収されやすいため、食品として再利用されました。

しかし、母乳を分泌できる女性はそれほど多くありません、産量も家畜に比べてはるかに少ないため、母乳の価格は石油よりも高価です。

授乳中の女性は人類を救う「聖女」とされ、最も高い社会的地位を持っていました。
