About product registration
Use the web to quickly register your products!
Online product registration is recommended for those who already have digital versions. It's faster and simpler to start selling than registration by mail, so circles with digital product versions should try out online registration.
*Mail registration is not supported for works from outside of Japan.
What you need.

If you wish to upload a demo version, "chobit" is convenient and allows you to login with a DLsite circle account.
Users can view/listen to videos, audio and comics in their browser! These will appear on the product page in the same way as sample images.

Reference values for digital data submission
Please refer to the section below when uploading data online.
We will convert received data to PDF for free.
| (1) Resolution | Colored: 150dpi or above Grayscale: 150dpi or above Monochrome duotone: 300dpi or above |

| (2) Image size | Please send the images edited to their actual size. |
| (3) Supported formats | 4 file types are supported: PSD, EPS, BMP, JPG (uncompressed). EPS format is the most desirable. |
| (4) File names | Number the file names in order. (e.g., cover.psd, 03.psd, 04.psd, backpage.psd) |
- *The above is for reference only. Circles can make their own judgments about picture color, resolution etc.
- * If the files are too large and cannot be sent via web upload, please post a CD containing the data.
- * For PDF formats, if a single file is larger than 200MB it may not be downloaded properly on smartphones. As such, we may include a lite version of the PDF data.
About after complete submission
Once a request is complete, an email will be sent with the request details. Please make sure there are no mistakes.
Once the work has been reviewed, it will be registered.
We will contact you if there are any issues and proceed to registration if there are no issues.
You can check the status of your work's registration on [ Manage Works on Sale ].
Change request details / Replace files
- - Change work application contents/change files
- You can change the content of an application, change files, or implement a demo version via the Replace button in [ Manage Works on Sale ]. We will content you as soon as changes have been registered.
- - If the upload is unsuccessful
- Please check that the work is not registered via [ Manage Works on Sale ]. If it is in the list, you can upload via the Replace button. If it is not in the list, please go through the new work registration process.
- - Products registered as upcoming works
- Upcoming products can be fully registered using the Final Registration button on the [Manage Upcoming Products ] page.
Registering a work is as easy as following the instructions and inputting information!
