優しい感じの声で丁寧に催眠をかけて
リラックスさせてくれます
催眠初心者～上級者までしっかり聴けると思います
贅沢を言えばもう少し長くリラックスしたかったですが
これでも充分にリラックス出来ます
催眠音声を聴いていない時でも
リラックスできるようになるらしいです
仕事で疲れたときや忙しいとき
心に余裕がなくなったときなどに聴くと
落ち着けると思います
