「癒しの夜」というタイトル通りに、非常にリラックスできるので就寝時に聴くのもおすすめです。

羊を数える、というテーマの作品だけに安眠作品であることに間違いはないです。
本編には羊を数える以外にも合間に語りかけるところがあるのですが、全く睡眠の妨害にはなりません。
むしろ、雰囲気を楽しんで眠りやすくなると思います。

作品テーマの「感性をよりクリアに」という内容ですが、もちろん個人差はあります。ですが、単純に睡眠音声としても非常に優秀です。実際、何回かは途中で眠ってしまいました。
