Neighborly ASMR: The Young, Ear-Cleaning Landlady [RaRo]

[Story]
Your landlady lives in the room directly under yours.
She may look young, but she's a fully-fledged lady.
In addition to managing the property, she runs a nationwide ear cleaning business, "Soothing Citizens".
And just as you arrived home one night, utterly exhausted, she came to check on you (and your rent)!

[Character]
Landlady (CV: Aina Aiba)
A petite woman who's actually got quite a bit more life experience than you.
She runs the super popular ear cleaning chain "Soothing Citizens".
She's currently looking into ways to grow her business' scope using things like environmental sounds and tea. She has a habit of teasing people using her appearance. As you might expect from the owner of an ear cleaning business, her skills in the area are top class.
