Currently at the start of chapter 3. Feels like a much newer experience compared to Venus Blood Savior, in fact it kinda blows it out of the water simply because everything about this game feels like it was given a lot more care and love than the previous title. The graphics and resolution are better, the gameplay balance feels better (so far), but it's still possible to Hard B3 (hardest possible difficulty at the start of the game) if you feel like it, the characters are more alive, the interactions feel a lot more dynamic, and I think there is a bit more complexity to choosing options in the sense that you can't just blindly follow the affection point ping anymore. That's cool.
I'm pretty sure that so long as the company doesn't go down I'm going to play VB until I'm old and wrinkly. No reason not to. It's really that good for people like me.
