- * Only works released between 1/1/2023 and 12/31/2023 are eligible.

- * Games, audio works, manga/CG sets, and videos are eligible.

- * Votes cast for ineligible works will be ignored.
- * A DLsite account is required to vote.
- * DLsite Comipo works are not eligible for voting.
- * AI-generated works are not eligible. (Partial AI-generated works are elligible.)

- - You can only vote for one work per section. If there's nothing you want to vote for, you can leave the section blank.
- - In the case of multiple ballots from the same account, only the most recent will be counted.
- - Multiple votes for the same work on the same ballot will be counted as only one vote.
- - Votes for ineligible works will not be counted.
- - Only works released in 2023 are eligible for voting. Votes for works from 2022 or 2024 will not be counted.
- - In the case of one work with both PC and smartphone versions, each will be counted as a separate work (differentiated by product number).
- - AI-generated works are not eligible for voting. Partially AI-generated works are eligible.
- - Votes that include typos will not be counted.
- - Your reasons for your vote may be used in the April 19th (FRI), 2024 4:00 PM JST (tentative) winner announcement, as well as on social media. Your comments will be kept anonymous.
- - Please understand that we cannot answer questions regarding selection criteria or voting totals.
- - If cheating is discovered, the corresponding votes will not be counted.
- - Point raffle winners will be decided after the winning works are decided, so please wait for at least a month for points to be applied.
- - DLsite reserves the right to end or change this event at any time for any reason.
- - DLsite is the sole arbiter of all terms and conditions of this event.
