[Background]
After the arrival of the nanomachine age, humans now have remedies for all diseases.
However, the combination of this inter-body nanomachine and the genetic
engineering brought human designing technology to human society.
From an ethical perspective, this technology soon becomes the subject of legal restriction,
but some underground institutions have sneakily continued research & development.

The ministry of national security ascertained that this technology had been ab*sed to
create special ability users so a special task force is established as a countermeasure.

A member of this task force, Kai, is assigned to assault the anti-social research institution,
but two female ninjas confront him on the way to his secret mission...
