[Story]

Liese Heldebrandt is one of these women, and she's on an extermination mission in a far-flung frontier city. There, she runs into veteran exorcist Mitsuru Aragami. Despite their bad blood, the two of them descend into a den of evil in order to accomplish their missions.

But it was actually a trap... and some particularly powerful foes were waiting for them.

An agent of a special order for exorcising demons, the "Sisters of the Rose". She has a very strong will and an absolutely unyielding spirit. However, she's also very proud and quick to harsh words. She gets caught up in situations very easily, though.

In spite of all that, however, she's actually very kind, befitting a holy woman of the church. However, she sees the lusty demons that she fights against as utterly despicable. Her position in the Sisters has given her something of a superiority complex, as well.

Liese of the Sticky Hell [mille-feuille / petit mille-feuille]

The head of the Aragami family of prominent Japanese demon-killers. There's a powerful demon sealed inside her amulet from which she draws much of her strength.

She fights not just for the present, but also with a mind toward the future. Her current goal is to investigate disasters all over the world and gain the power of whatever has been causing them so she can use it for the good of humanity.

She usually hides her true intentions behind a very brusque demeanor, but she's actually a kind girl at heart. However, her duty to her family comes before anything else, so she's currently suppressing her gentle heart. No matter how hard it is, she tries not to show anyone her smile.
