Mimi was an ordinary girl in a peaceful town.

One day, there was a murder in the peaceful town of Ecuna.
They said it was done by some monster.
Meanwhile, Mimi befriended Guu, a small squid-sharky thing.
Guu used gestures to communicate with Mimi;
its family was also killed by a monster, and it was orphaned.
Guu was no threat to humans, but it wanted revenge.
Mimi believed Guu, but she knew the other people of Ecuna
