I'm a gossip columnist.

That day my life changed.

I went to some weird numerology faith seminar who was advertising in our magazine.
My interests were purely journalistic, which is to say, I was hungry and it was juicy gossip.
A young girl answered the phone.
The next day I was in a car on my way to the seminar.

I didn't expect anything to happen.
New age mumbo jumbo wouldn't work on me.
I was sure of that.

Things get fuzzy after that car ride.
I remember... two women on either side of me.
I was like a bug in a cocoon, becoming a butterfly.
