ESCAPE SEQUENCE

Far across space on a war-ravaged planet, the victorious Empire called a temporary ceasefire. The surviving members of the commonwealth were sure to be executed. Faced with perishing here or braving the infinite stars, the commonwealth built an escape ship which could take a lucky away from here and perhaps lead them to a new home. It was a desperate exodus, an emigration which at best traded certain death for very likely death.

The Empire followed the escape ship and shot down all its protectors. You are the last remaining dogfighter. Your energy is low, your engines and tactical mechanics are failing. But even now, you have been given a new mission. Evade. Last as long as you can. Counter-attack the enemy with anything you can discharge.

This is Operation Escape Sequence.
