The first thing he did was consult the new school counselor, Mr. Uzuki.

Mr. Uzuki proposed a game to help Kota regain his confidence.

The hypn*sis game.

The goal is to try and hypnotize as many students in the school as possible.

The winner is rewarded, but the loser pays a penalty...

Then Mr. Uzuki gave Kota an ace in the sleeve, so to speak. An item that would ensure he can hypnotize anyone.
