Terms of use:
1. The Deleter may kill only once in a lifetime.
2. Deletion is exempt from lawful prosecution.
3. Deletion may not be sold or donated to a third party.
4. The Deleter must not have a criminal record.
5. The Deleter must not be under 12 years of age.
6. The Deleter must provide his or her personal ID and address.
7. The person will be killed on the same day.
8. The person's name will be listed online after.

This system has been in place for the last half Century. It is a part of daily life.
Discrimination, persecution, simple teasing... all have been eliminated.
But humankind has not improved. It is merely afraid.
