It's a story of Rei, who has just become a special agent.

Year 2049, Tokyo
The second and third earthquakes that occurred successively have destroyed the city of Tokyo.
As a result, the new capital city is constructed in the west of the former city. Stretching from the dumped wards such as Shinjuku and Minato under the sea water, the slum districts are formed. The former Megalopolis is now one of the vicious cities in the world, crowded with the refugees, armed mafias and terrorists.

*Rei courageously faces with the drug lord!
Joaquin Naitou is the internationally-known financial mafia and drug lord.
To prevent him from entering into Japan, a special team starts its activity...

*Story of the episode 01
Shoko Munei has a good reputation as a commander. Rei Kirisawa is headhunted from Defense Force.
They succeeded in determining the whereabouts of Joaquin Naitou, and sneaked into the heavily-guarded hotel.
The aim was to capture Naitou "illegally." The plan seemed to owing to Rei's performances.

*Highlights of the sexual scene
Two beautiful investigators fall into an elaborated trap...
The nano machine which was secretly developed by the illegal bio synapse electronics totally controls their brain.
They are disgraced in public, then Rei is left alone in a shameful state..!
