When working out, you need to pay attention your form, what parts of your body to work out, your speed, your breathing. There's lots that you need to focus on.
Having someone else count for you makes it easier to focus!
A lazy girl, a calm woman, and an active tomboy will each count for you.
There are lots of alternate tracks, including one where the tomboy works out with you.
You are free to edit or alter this audio, so please customize it as you use it.
The files are split up by character, and have the following contents.
- Slow (20 bpm)
Ooone, twoo... slow, elongated 10 counts.
- Regular (40 bpm)
One, two... regular 20 counts.
(1) Count up (start que included)
Before the count starts, there is a start que of "Nth set".
There are individual sets, and a full 3 set file that you can use immediately.
(2) Count up only
No dialogue, just counting.
(3) 30 Second Count
Countdown and other split up ques that you can customize.
Good for planks or stretches.
(4) Voice Lines
Voice lines that you can put before you start or between sets, and aren't cut into smaller parts
