Nipple Insect: The Wise Tree and The Drops of Life

You can enjoy a heroine who moans in pleasure as her nipples are sucked and penetrated by the nipple insects, while also being violated by other monsters as well.

The wizard Aura sets out for the Dungeon of the Wise Tree in search of the "Drops of Life" to save her dying partner. However, she ends up being bitten by the Nipple Insect there.

The Wise Tree demands that Aura needs to satisfy the Nipple Insect in exchange for the "Drops of Life." She is forced to offer the mana seeping from her nipples to the Nipple Insect by "playing" with various monsters in the small rooms.

Although the heroine manages to satisfy the Nipple Insect, the Wise Tree does not keep its promise. To further enjoy the wizard’s exhausted body, the tree demands that she has to drink the Drops of Life herself.

The scenes feature a long-haired wizard getting wet and being swarmed by small creatures.
The concept revolves around "having sex while the insect is attached to her nipples."
There is also an "IF" alternate ending at the end of the story.
