  A beastfolk adventurer (someone who gathers into parties to search ruins, forests, and other dangerous places for things of value).
  She has a rough, adventurous personality, but tries to adopt a softer persona in front of people she likes.

  Hazel
  An archaeologist.
  She would like to do field work in a ruin, but hesitates because she is afraid of encountering monsters.
  She is sensible and reliable, but makes outrageous statements with surprising nonchalance at times.
• 
  Genie
  A strange creature (?) that appears in Hazel and Layla's dreams.
  It doesn't seem to understand human circumstances, and comes, goes, and grants wishes as it pleases.
