Story: The prince Mambo, whose another face is the legendary prognosticator, comes from the kingdom of sunfish. His task on Earth is to scout a magical girl. However he makes a mistake, scouted a Uni boy.... What happens to Happiness, the magical girl of the century? Further, what is the fate of Mizuki, the manager of a factory, badly deceived by a mean money-lender?
