"Touhou Shinreibyou ~ Ten Desires." is a shmup where your usual carefree characters suddenly become quick-witted.

*This game contains scenes with extreme bullet hell.
Children and anyone allergic to bullet hell are advised to you know what.

[Story]
Suddenly a special spirit energy spills from the body.
This mysterious power exuded from both humans and youkai was called "Shinrei".
Though they didn't have any customers around, they couldn't simply let this be,
and decided to go to the spirit world to get to the bottom of it...

[System]
Reikai Gauge:
This is the skull and soul gauge displayed on the bottom left of the screen.
If you have more than 1, when you miss you can enter the Reikai.

The Reikai is the imaginary spirit world that people enter before death.
You cannot be hurt by enemies in this realm, and you have incredible attack powers.

If you press the TRANCE button with a full Reikai gauge, you can send yourself
into the Reikai realm. In this instance, even if your gauge hits 0 it won't be counted as a miss.

Items:
Small Shinrei: Sometimes appears after defeating enemies.
Collect them by moving close to them (no auto collect).
There are 4 different types of Shinrei that serve different purposes!

You can play stages you've reached in practice mode even if you haven't completed them yet.
You can also play previous spell cards in the spell practice mode.
Some spell cards have over drive (berserk style) mode,
and a variety of spell cards are available!
