The setting is a magical world.

A world of magical girls who are made and unmade by spirits who give them power.

Each girl attends a magical school,
each is assigned her own mentor,
and the mastery of two things is essential:
magic, and wisdom.

One day, mentor "Rubelle" and her apprentice "Shion"
embark on a mission to practice skills.

Rubelle believes Shion has the talent to be a great and powerful user,
but Shion disagrees.

She's going to be a famous frontman for a band, she says!!

Shion: "Who needs magic! I'm going to be the world's top vocalist~!
Rubelle"Hey!! Wait! Shioooooon!"
