【利用規約】

この作品はライドレックス(RIDEREX)がVRoidStudioを使用して制作したオリジナル3Dモデルです。
このモデルを購入された方はこの利用規約に書かれた範囲内でモデルを商用・非商用問わず利用できます。
禁止事項に注意してご利用ください。

「VRM0.0」と「PMX」が同封されています。

VRM0.0はVRM対応のアプリで広くご利用いただけます。PMXはMMD動画を作るためのモデルです。
texフォルダにはPMXに張り付くUVテクスチャが入っています。それらの模様を書き換えるとモデルに反映されます。
VRM版PMX版どちらもボーン設定とウェイト設定は済んでいるため、すぐに他のアプリに取り込んで
アニメーションさせることができます。ボーン設定やウェイト設定が気に入らない場合は調整してかまいません。

【想定する利用目的】
アニメーション、ゲームソフト、同人誌、マンガ、Vtuber、VRchat、ボカロ曲PV、MMD動画。
各自のユーチューブチャンネル、ニコニコ動画、インスタグラムなどのSNSで公開してかまいません。
このモデルを素材にして、アニメやMMD動画を作ってみてください。
このモデルを素材にして制作された画像・動画・ゲームソフトは販売したり収益化に利用できます。
VTuberモデルとして利用することでスーパーチャットや広告収益を得ることもできます。
このモデルはR18利用可能です。

【利用条件】
このモデルを使用する際は「Model:絵寿 by RIDEREX」と表示してください。
利用の際に衣装の変更改変及び衣装と身体の色の変更、表情の追加を行って構いません。
ただし、基本の顔の形、髪型、体のバランスは改変しないでください。
改変を行ったカスタムモデルを使用する際は「Model:絵寿 by RIDEREX 改変」と記載してください。
なるべく改変者の名前を併記してください。R18作品の中でモデルを使用して作品を公開する場合は
必ず作品制作者とモデルの改変者の名前を併記してください。
可能であれば、私ライドレックスのユーチューブサイトにリンクを張ってください。
リンクしない場合でもモデルをご利用いただいて構いません。

【禁止事項】
このモデルデータそのものを再配布したり販売することを禁止。
(ゲームソフト内にモデルデータが含まれることは問題ありません)
モデルの顔、体形、髪型を変更する行為は禁止。(表情変化はOK)
本モデルの自作発言は禁止。
本モデルを使用してNFTを作成する行為を禁止。
本モデルを学習素材としてAIに入力することを禁止。
宗教または政治利用目的での使用は禁止。
他人を攻撃する目的およびヘイト活動での利用は禁止。

【Terms of use】

This work is an original 3D model created by RIDEREX using VRoid Studio.
Those who purchase this model can use it for both commercial and non-commercial
purposes within the scope outlined in this usage agreement.
Please pay attention to the prohibitions listed.

Included are "VRM0.0" and "PMX".

VRM0.0 can be widely used with VRM-compatible applications. PMX is a model for creating
MMD videos. The "tex" folder contains UV textures for PMX. If you modify these textures,
the changes will be reflected in the model. Both the VRM and PMX versions have pre-configured
bone and weight settings, so they can be immediately imported into other applications for
animation. If you are not satisfied with the bone or weight settings, feel free to adjust them.

Intended use.
Animation, games, doujinshi, manga, Vtuber, VRchat, Vocalo Song PV, MMD videos.
You can publish it on your YouTube channel, Nico Nico Douga, Instagram, and other SNS.
You can use this model as material for your anime and MMD videos.
Images, videos, and game software created using this model as a material can be used for
sale and monetization.
It can also be used as a VTuber model to earn Super Chats and advertising revenue.
This model is available for R18 use.

Terms and Conditions.
When using this model, please indicate "Model:ESU by RIDEREX".
You may change or modify the costume when using this model.
Feel free to change the color of the costume and body.
Feel free to add facial expressions. However, please do not alter
the basic facial shape and body balance.
When using a custom model that has been modified, please state
"Model:ESU by RIDEREX modified".
Please include the name of the modifier whenever possible.
If you are publishing a work using a model in an R18 work, please
be sure to include the name of the creator and the person who
modified the model.

If you do not link to the site, you may still use the model.

Prohibited items.
Redistribution or sale of this model data itself is prohibited.
(There is no problem to include the model data in a game soft.)
Changing the model's face, body shape, or hairstyle is prohibited.
(Changing facial expressions is acceptable.)
You Can't Say that this model is Self-creation against other people.
The act of creating NFTs with this model is prohibited.
It is prohibited to input this model as a learning material to AI.
Use of the model for religious or political purposes is prohibited.
Use for the purpose of attacking others or for hate activities is prohibited.
