安眠誘導が良かったので、こちらも購入しました。
元々ネガティブな方なので、漠然とした不安を解消するにはとても良かったです。
他レビューでもありますが、内容としては、嫌な事不安な事を思い出してそれを浄化していく、と言うフローがあります。
お声が優しくゆったりとした音声なので、私はリラックスできました。
日々のちょっとした嫌なことを消化していくのにはとても良いんじゃないかなと思います。
