内容はふとお参りに来た主人公がお賽銭をして鈴を鳴らしたところから始まる。
鈴を鳴らすと小さな鈴を携えた巫女さんが来て、久々の来客に喜びお茶をする。その後耳かき～といった内容。

タイトル通り全編、鈴の緒を引いてスタートする。

環境音に小川か、水が流れる音がして非常にリラックス出来る。
耳かきの音もこすりあげる感じで非常にぐっどb。

声優さんの演技もとてもよく、作品にのめり込めていける。

続編と合わせて購入したが･･･最高だった･･･
