宋史という歴史書の一部で、去勢して朝廷に仕えた男、いわゆる宦官の話が載っています。歴史書の一部……とはいっても、日本語訳後の文字数は7万字近くあります。

北宋末期の宦官で、水滸伝に出てくる童貫の話が読みたくて買ったのですが、功績についても悪事についてもしっかり書いてありました。
