The protagonist's childhood friend is a devil
Who is able to transform his body into tentacles.
After his second puberty, he becomes week if he doesn't consume bodily fluids of the opposite sex.

Fluids from anyone other than his "Tsugai" are tasteless and cannot satisfy his hunger.
