High schooler Ryuunosuke was involved in a sudden accident.
Yet when he woke up, he was completely unharmed.
Baffled, he searched the hospital, only to find it completely empty.

Led by a weeping girl whose wrist and then body fell apart,
he met a strange knight.

The man said, "We're in a dream."
The world around him was a dream -- or a dream within a dream --
but Ryuunosuke wanted only to wake up and go home.
