Summary:
The heroine is deeply in love with her father's subordinate, a carpenter.
He treats her like a younger sister while she wishes to marry him.
But no matter how much she tells him she is no longer a child, he won't take her seriously.
One day, the heroine makes up her mind and decides to sneak onto him at night.
Completely naked, she gives him head but he still doesn't try to sleep with her.
Quite the contrary; he tells her "you're just a virgin, don't force yourself".

Vanilla Dusk is Weird

Feb/26/2019  By Irate Queen Top Reviewer: Top100 Verified Buyer

Loved it!

Keywords the reviewer selected :

In the context that we're dealing with Dusk, My Carpenter is so freaking vanilla I couldn't believe it for the first few days. Well, aside from the emotional manipulation going on (and on the MC's part no less). I liked the drama nonetheless. Without spoiling any more than the synopsis did, the drama follows the romantic adventures of a May to December couple. Not gonna lie, it felt like I was trying to seduce a close family friend/'uncles' and yo was I weirded for a while. The gruffy 'uncle' voice of the seiyuu did not help matters in the least.

But the sweet (yet sexy af) dynamic is a blackhole - once you reach the event horizon, there's no turning back. Furthermore, the recording quality is spectacular (as per usual). There's no reason to skimp out on this if you're into the more wholesome R18. But yandere lovers will be sorely disappointed for sure.
