A reticent and suntanned heroine named Karen Kurogane shields a boy Shuuji.
Technically, his heart is not his own. It was transplanted from one who Karen loved.
Therefore, Shuuji is obsessed with suspicions that Karen has been along
with him because of the heart and, inversely, his feelings
for Karen stem from memories remaining in the heart.

Karen demands intense sex of Shuuji every time she
rescues him as if she is a dog begging for treats.
