ホラー界の残酷王・御茶漬海苔が日本の怪談に挑んだ怪奇＆スプラッタコミック！ 単行本未発表の『安達ヶ原の鬼婆』『ろくろ首』『怪談 お百合』の3編収録！ 『安達ヶ原の鬼婆』は、福島県二本松市にある安達ヶ原近隣の真弓山観世寺発行の『奥州安達ヶ原黒塚縁起』に収納された鬼婆の伝説。日本の妖怪の一種『ろくろ首』は、外見上は普通の人間とほとんど変わらないが、首が胴体から離れて浮遊する抜け首タイプと、首だけが異常に伸びるタイプに分かれるが、本編では首が異常に伸びるタイプ。浮気相手と結婚するために妻を斬殺した夫の前に現われる妻の亡霊の『怪談 お百合』。
