名前の通り、イギリスの時計塔をピックアップしたシナリオ集であり、日本を舞台にした基本ルールブックとはまた違った雰囲気のRPやシナリオが楽しめます。
しかし、そのぶん魔術師でのプレイに偏りがちであり人によってはやりににく感じるかもしれません。
