前作「スキですっ極太4」のねこみみ娘×人狼男のお話の続編。とはいえ前作が無くとも特に困るわけではない。無論あればあるでバックグラウンドがわかって面白味が増すので興味があるならば是非。
内容はねこみみ娘が牛獣人に捕まってそのまま巨根でレイプされるお話とその後日談で彼氏の人狼と結ばれるお話の二部構成。同じド拡張プレイにもかかわらず強姦か和姦かで受ける印象が全く異なるというのが面白い。個人的には甘いラブラブなオチの後半部のほうが好き。
