Taisho Year 11, June, the rainy season in Jimbocho

Tamamori came from Aizu to the capitol to enroll at university,
but his daydreamy ways and loose personality get in his own way
and he's been living at a boarding hose for two years.
While working part-time at a shop in Jimbocho, the book district,
he enjoys this extended "grace period" between high school
and the grind of college life, having fun with other Aizu friends.

But one by one, his friends mysteriously begin to die:
some suicides, some more suspicious. Amid a three-day torrential
rain Tamamori seeks an answer in the Old Book Town.
