S-Kanojo is pleased to present our 4th all-ages audio, this time doubly useful for relaxation or exercise training.

Exercises start with leg stretches to wake up the muscles and get the blood flowing.
Then let's do some achilles stretches and hip toning exercises, followed by squats, back stretching,
crunches/situps and pushups for overall body health.

Voice actress Suzu Kinoshita keeps count, up to 100 and 500 at 1, 2, and 3 second intervals.
For those who feel this is too high, we also included short versions up to 20 only.

When you're all done lay back and relax. Or just listen to Suzu counting and take a nap!
