Installation of the Tool

Click the download button below to download the decoding tool.
Double-clicking the downloaded file, DecInstall.exe, will start to install the tool.

Please note that the browser must be Internet Explorer v.6.0 or higher.
Other browsers (ex: Firefox, Netscape Naviagator, Opera, etc.) are NOT supported.

Please login as a user with administrator privileges.
(Please take note if several people use the computer.)

Download the Tool

If your operation system is Windows Vista/7, do not double-click [ DecInstall.exe ] file when installing.
Instead, right-click the file and choose [ Run as administrator ] to install the program.

Please note that you may be asked to restart your computer during the installation process.

After successfully installed the decoding tool, please download the following test files and confirm the operation.

1. Click on [ Download Test File 1 ] to download the file.
   [ Download Test File 1 ]

   Extract it and double-click the [ Start(.exe) ] file in [ protect_test ] folder and confirm that an image displays without problem.

2. Next, click on [ Download Test File 2 ] to download the file.
   [ Download Test File 2 ]

   Extract it and double-click the in [ Start(.exe) ] file in [ pdf_test ] folder and confirm that a text displays without problem.
   (If the text appears, the installation is successful.)
