So the main reason I bought this set of pose art was because I was interested in the fact that there were options to add blood splatter to the character.
I'm in the middle of making a visual novel game that features yandere characters, so this pose art is perfect. The girl is adorable, with a good lot of expressions, hairstyles and clothes to customise your own character.
It comes with a character creator style software, which although is entirely in Japanese; I found it easy to understand and use despite having no knowledge of the language.
If you want a cute little girl to add to your visual novel, then this should do the trick, want her to be yandere? Then even better!
I bought this pack as well as the young girl one, to use in flashback scenes in my visual novel where the main characters remember how things were when they were kids.
Both of the packs are insanely adorable and heartwarming. The expressions are just adorable and there are a good range of outfits and hairstyles for the character.
There are also multiple poses for the character, which is super handy and not often found in these kinds of character art packs.
Like the female version, it comes with over 1000 PNG files that are ready to use if you don't want to customise the character. For those who do want to personalise him, you have an include character creator software (which I actually prefer over PSD files.) It's all in Japanese, but I don't think you really need to understand the language in order to use it. I personally found it quite easy to figure out which options changed the various aspects of the character. You can change hairstyle, facial expressions and clothing. Then there's a separate tab that allows you to even change the colour of the hair, eyes and skin.
I would recommend this pack to anyone who needs a young boy character for their visual novel.
You can tell there is a lot of variety in this pack by looking at the total number of PNG files, a whopping 1260!
This little girl character art is absolutely adorable. The outfits range from casual clothing to school uniform and there are two different poses, which is always really helpful for making characters look more alive. There are also a good number of hairstyle options too.
The character expressions are so cute it's unbelievable. She looks so sweet and innocent that she'll melt your heart.
The PNGs mean that you can start using the character immediately if you don't want to bother making any changes. I can't see a PSD file, but it's not really needed as there is a character creating software included. The character creator is all in Japanese, however, I would say that you don't need to understand the language to get on with it. I personally found it easy to figure out what options changed various aspects such as hair, facial expressions and clothing. There is also a tab for changing the colour of the hair, eyes, skin etc.
I would recommend this to anyone creating a visual novel that needs female child character artwork.
While this pack is named big sister, it doesn't necessarily have to portray a sister character. The young woman is absolutely gorgeous and I would be tempted to make her a romance option within a visual novel.
She has a vast range of outfits and expressions, with a couple of hairstyle options as well. In one of the added contents folders there are even more outfits and a slightly different pose, making her perfect as a more main character.
You get PNG and PSD files included, so the character is completely ready to use with all outfits and expressions without tweaking if you don't want to. For those who want to customise her a bit that's where the PSD comes in handy.
I would highly recommend this beautiful character for your visual novel.
While this may be an odd combination of character art, it's still worth buying the double pack as opposed to getting them separately, as both have their uses within things like visual novels.
I bought this mainly for the men in suits side of the set. It's hard enough as it is finding male pose art, trying to get hold of male character art with older men in it is even more difficult!
This pack is a lifesaver in that regard. If you need any older men for your visual novel, for roles like the headmaster of a school, chief of police, businessman or gangster then it's perfect. There are a decent range of body types, from pretty hefty fellas to slender ones and a good mix of ages too.
The school girls are pretty cute and could easily be placed in a school life visual novel. The fact that the characters all look different, but share the same sort of uniform means that they're a pre-assembled troupe of girls.
You get PNGs and PSDs, so you can use whatever's easiest.
This triple set contains a huge amount of character art. Clothing options are good, many many casual outfits, plus school uniforms and swimwear.
All the characters come with PNGs and PSD files, plus one of the female characters (the blue haired girl), also has an easy to use included software that allows you to change the face, hair and clothes of the character. That particular bit is all in Japanese, but you don't need to understand the language in order to use it, as it just functions with drop down menus and you can figure it all out pretty quickly.
Once again, I mainly bought this set for the male character art, but all of it is so gorgeous that I'd happily include the female art in future visual novels too.
I purchased this set specifically for the police and nurse character arts, but was pleasantly surprised when looking through it all to find a huge number of variations in the the uniforms themselves and the facial expressions.
As with the other character art from Blue Forest, you get PSD files to play around with and edit yourself, but you also have a vast number of PNG's ready for immediate use if you don't want to mess around.
I think every single character artwork in this pack would make a great supporting character in a visual novel. There's even a variety of different ages available, which is great. The old lady characters in the pack look incredibly sweet and it's actually quite difficult to find art work of female characters that aren't just young women.
I would recommend this set to anyone creating a visual novel.
This set is perfect for creating a visual novel with a school setting. As with various character art sets from Blue Forest, you get a mixture of both female and male character art. It's great to see male characters, because they're so much harder to come by compared to female ones.
There are preset PNG files available for immediate use and also PSD's that allow you to tweak things somewhat using Photoshop. These also open in free software, but I'm not sure if all layers are displayed.
Though there's not as much facial expression variation compared to some of the circle's other works, it's still plenty to convey the right emotion for most scenes.
As an interesting little bonus, there are also CG style editable artworks. Meaning you could create a school romance visual novel and have not only character art at your disposal, but also unlockable CGs! (From what I can work out, the CGs depict a male player character, going through school life with a couple of different female romantic interests.)
I'd say if you're making a school visual novel and you don't want to draw the characters yourself, then this is a great alternative option!
This twin pack is great value for money for what you get. There are a huge number of variations for both male and female fantasy style characters.
It's especially cool to see such a range of male character art to play with, as I've found it's really hard to come by.
I don't have Photoshop, but the PSD files are still usable in free software such as GIMP (though I'm not entirely sure if all layers can be accessed that way.)
If you're making a visual novel and aren't too great at art, this pack solves the problem for you :3
I once played his game which published by Carpe Fulgur, Fortune Summoners. I was curious about his games. That's when I find those other games that is based-on M*rio and a game based-on S*nic.
Anyway, about the music collection, we are the to return to the past on when we play his past games like Fuwaru the Apprentice Wizard and Pocora of Mysterious Forest. The musics of the two games have been put together for us to listen.
If you have played those two games other than Fortune Summoners, the songs are great that would charm you well. But, it makes me think of Fuwaru in the latest Artwork and latest sprite based-on Fortune Summoners back there.
