  • At, all payments are processed as regular credit card transactions. Purchases with check/debit card are not fully supported.
    Since the charges from us are sent and confirmed by your credit card company on the following day of the purchase, they may appear on your billing details a few days after the purchase as a charge from or ECON (ECONTEXT Company), our credit card payment agency. However, we do not make POS (Point-of-Sale) transactions with your card on our website, the charge will not be deducted from your bank account until a specified payment date. This is usually between the 7th and 11th of the following month, and it depends on your bank.
    Please note that we do not accept payment in installments.
  • "" will be mentioned on your card statement. The details of your purchases (e.g. titles) will not be mentioned.
  • Prepaid credit cards are most likely to be rejected in relation with the authentication of 3-D secure security system (see the following) and thus cannot be accepted.

About 3-D Secure

Our credit card payment process incorporates the 3-D Secure system to provide a higher level of security.
3-D Secure is a security protocol service that you can register for free to prevent third-party identity fraud when making online payments.

How to make payment

There are two ways to shop at as a member or a guest.
Please take a look at the difference between members and guests.


Payment is made with the credit card information you have registered.

How to make payment

  1. In your cart

    Please log in as member and click the [ Credit Card ] button.

  2. Preview your order

    Make sure the items and total charge are correct. After confirmation, click the [ Checkout ] button.

  3. (Enter card information)

    Your card information will be asked if you have not registered one. Please enter your credit card information.

  4. Download

    A list of purchased items will be shown. View the items by download or browser streaming.

About redownloading

If you fail to download or when an upgraded version is released, you can freely redownload products you have purchased freely from the [ Download History / Redownload ] menu in My Page.
(Except when the sale of a product is discontinued upon a circle's request.)

Edit credit card information

 To update your credit card information
You can edit or delete your registered card information from [ Edit Card Information ].


You need to enter your credit card information each time you make a purchase.

How to make payment

  1. In your cart

    Please click the [ Continue Checkout ] button under CREDIT CARD.

  2. Enter user information

    Please type your email address. The information will be requested if you contact us for support after the purchase.

  3. Preview your order

    Make sure the items, total charge and user information are correct. After confirmation, click the [ External webpage ] button.

  4. Enter card information

    Please enter your credit card information accurately. After confirmation, click the [ Submit ] button.

    The charging process may take a while. Please wait until you are automatically redirected to a new page. On an external webpage, clicking the button several times may prevent you from downloading the file correctly.

  5. Completion

    When the payment is confirmed, click on the [ Back to Shop Page ] button to download the product files.

    Also, a purchase confirmation email will be sent to your email address when the payment is completed.

  6. Download

    A list of purchased items will be shown. View the items by download or browser streaming.

About redownloading

Redownload is available within 7 days from the date of the purchase. The URL and password for redownload is written in the purchase confirmation email.


  • If you use your check/debit card at, a small amount of money may be charged to your bank account immediately after the purchase.
    This comes from the card authorization process incorporated in our payment process. It is not a transaction fee and will be refunded at a later date.
    However, please note that the refund may take up to 2 months depending on your bank.
  • If you get an error message that says "credit card number is incorrect" upon entering correct information, setting 3-D Secure (authorization system) may solve the problem. For more details, please refer to [ About 3-D Secure ].

  • Depending on your card/bank, you may be required to pay an international transaction fee.
