Pick Up !Fun little thing

The H part is nothing stellar, since the small sprites require a lot of imagination to picture what's going on, but the gameplay and level design are solid and the game doesn't drag on for too long.

It's just perfect for the price point.

I found interesting the amount of possible challenges available, and the fact that the game saves every time you go through a door.

The way the gallery was handled is pretty good too.

Solid throwback

For a labyrinth of only nine rooms, there's quite a lot to explore here...

Studio P's "Labyrinth of 9 Rooms" works as a great love-letter to old-school exploratory platformers... H scenes notwithstanding, of course. Then again, with sprites this small, in turn pixels so big, this is about a million miles from the most graphic H game on the market.

No, what we have here is a solid platform action game which smartly escalates its difficulty as you progress - I was a little concerned once I'd unlocked the Sp*ce-J*mp equivalent that I'd suddenly mitigated all of the remaining challenge, but not so - the game still had plenty of surprises on offer.

A worthy throwback.

Pick Up !Great little game for the price!

A nice 2D platformer for a good price. The game doesn't have to much content (about 8 scenes total and 9 levels) but its a steal for the price and the h-scenes while small, are still pretty good. Controls are pretty good and you get a few power ups along the way.

All in all, a good little game to play that will take you around 30 minutes to an hour to beat. And at such a price its hard to not recommend.

Pick Up !Metroidvania like platformer

This is a game well worth it's price. Labyrinth of 9 Rooms is a game that follows a Metroidvania style that requires the player to find abilities to help them progress. Unlike a typical Metroidvania style game however the game is rather short without much back tracking. The game can be beat in under 10 minutes if one knows what they are doing. The graphics are very low pixel but very clean and makes everything easy to discern, as well as having a game over animation for each enemy that can play without getting a game over. If you like short games and metroidvania like platformers you should give this game a shot. Also for those achievement hunters this game has some of those that can really increase the difficulty.
