False Accusations & Feminized Convictions

This engendered a sue-happy culture of false claims.

An ordinary salaried worker named Yutaro Takaoka was riding the train
when he was accused of being a "chikan".
He was ultimately found guilty and labeled a Class 5 Sex Offender.

Convicts were sentenced to "rehabilitation training".
In Yutaro's case it was a relatively light matter of "wearing makeup".

The sentencing for Class 4 was "breast implants".

The sentencing for Class 3 was "induced menstrual cycles".

The sentencing for Class 2 was "butt implants"

Convicts were then employed, like prisoners on a work release program,
as office girls, waitresses, or in extreme cases prostitutes, so that they
would experience objectification by society, and learn empathy.
