It took me around 8-10 hours to finish the game and about 3 for the second walk-through. The game is rather straightforward - there are very few side-quests.

It has a nice twist (which I have seen before) - the hero can train companions by having sex with them, - you want to raise girls magic - make them do a blowjob, agility - she will be on top of the hero and so on... Every time hero has sex with one of the girl her attribute of your choose will increase, but the hero will lose a level. Girls also can get pregnant as the result of the training. But do not worry - girls' attributes will not be affected by pregnancy (and I think it should).

The game’s CGs are good but rare (unless you train girls often) and there are multiple endings.

There are only static CGs in the game (including endings). Even though the hero can make girls pregnant one will not see plum bellies (only a few ending CGs at the end).

And the other thing - this game is in Japanese. It is easy to hook it up to an automatic translator... but if the game's author wants some sales - why not translating the game in English? This is above me. I believe overall this is a nice game for the price.
