Two wives, one boy

Ayaka is a married woman who has a taste for young boys.
She is interested in a boy named Shotarou who lives in the same building.
She repeatedly seduces him and succeeds in taking his virgin away.
However, that affair is spotted out by another woman, Mayumi.

Mayumi doesn't have the same sexual tendancy as Ayaka; however, the sex act she has watched excited her and makes her to go forward into the act.
