Story outline
A scientist of "LTE," Neon Lebianna, has taken the captain of the Glams military group that is attacking the earth as her prisoner and is determined to make her into a test subject. She conducts various experiments on her body; however, after being attacked, she now becomes captive with a super powered humanoid Tetra!!
