Story outline
Alien Glams military group invaded the city, and 70% of the city citizens fell into Glams group's hand.
City population fell down to half. Meanwhile, miss Neon, a genius scientist from Linger The Earth Resistance group, came up with an ultimate weapon that is effective to this particular creature on the earth.
It is the super powered humanoid Tetra!
