Somewhere in Japan in near future.
Golden Dawn, an evil organization, has a secret laboratory in the lower areas of a ruined artificial island.
The ace of the heroine team called Gia Seels, Shperion Lady, is trapped in this laboratory, where she is daily subjected to bizarre and obscene physical experiments.

From the previous released "Experimenter S" ACT1 to 3, scenes which has been without CG images are newly created in this work.
Various maniac situations including crucifixion, monster attack, tearing costume, double penetration, etc.
